A unique New Year’s Full Moon ceremony for those wishing for a powerful transformation to begin the year.
Participants lie in the center of the room, surrounded by four gong players positioned along the walls.
The vibration moves inward from all directions – a gentle immersion in sound that simply takes you.
We begin the session with soft humming, an easy group practice that anyone can do.
This helps us arrive, feel into our bodies, breathe together, and open to what follows.
Then the gongs.
The gongs will be played slowly and meditatively, with subtle shifts in texture and tone.
After the final sound dissolves, the room settles into thirty minutes of silence for integration.
This is a slowing down so complete that awareness sharpens – a doorway into the deeper part of ourselves, the place of clarity and spaciousness.
A full-moon reset.
A true beginning.
THE DAY OF THE GONG
January 3 · First Full Moon of the Year
One day – four sound spaces – one field of resonance
A full day of sound, stillness & immersive vibration – a day shaped by four Gong players, each offering a unique vibrational perspective.
On the third day of the new year – under the first full moon –
the studio opens its doors for a day dedicated entirely to the Gong.
Throughout the day, four Gong players open four different sound-creation spaces.
Each session offers a distinct way your inner state can soften, release, or restore.
It is not a linear journey, but a series of sound experiences that together create a rich, diverse day.
Four sessions.
Four different experiences.
One shared field of sound.
Whether you are new to the gongs or already deep in the practice,
you will find a space that calls to you –
from classic gong baths, to ceremony, to an immersive vibration held by all four players together.
At the end of the day, all four of us come together for a shared Gong session that weaves the day’s different sound spaces into one unified experience.
Between the sessions, we intentionally create space
to breathe, integrate, and reset.
You can join one session, several, or all of them – whatever feels right for you.
(Please note that this is not a continuous event, and breaks take place individually outside the studio).
