Deep Dive Gong Meditation – Voice, Gongs, Stillness

For people who are ready to trust their true self, beyond all effort and thought. This special session is a highly focused deep dive into a small number of gongs, played long and meditatively. It will take you into very deep spaces of stillness and transcendence.

We start with chanting/toning. Anybody can do this. It is easy. This will help us arrive, and connect with our fellow travellers; creating a community for the session.  

Then our work is done. We lay down for a 1 hour gong bath.

When it is over, there will be 1/2 an hour of golden silence.

The result is deep relaxation, an intense feeling of bliss, clarity and rejuvenation.

No skill is required. Just the desire to experience a deeply quiet mind.
