This special session is for those who wish to start the year by listening deeply. A few gongs, played long and meditatively, will guide you into subtle spaces of silence and awareness.
We start with gentle chanting and toning — easy, inclusive, grounding. It helps us arrive and connect before we lie down for the journey.
Then we rest for a one-hour gong bath, followed by half an hour of golden silence.
