These daily sessions offer a calm rhythm between the celebrations. Each morning is a chance to rest, reset, and let the year settle.
We begin with a 60-minute gong composition — musical, meditative, and renewing. Afterwards, you’re invited to stay for 30 minutes of silence. Some stay the full time, others leave quietly when needed. Either way, the silence allows the experience to deepen before you return to your day.
