Gongs, Cacao & Listening Circle

You are invited to join us for this unique event cocreated by Alan and Valentina.

It will be a night of deep relaxation, a heart opening ceremony, and an intimate discovery of the power of inner listening.

We will begin with a gong meditation played by Alan. It is impossible to do this wrong. All thoughts and sensations are welcome. The result is a deeply embodied experience of the present moment. 

This will bring us to the here and now in a deeply relaxed and alert state.

We will then be ready for a heart awakening cacao ceremony led by Valentina. The cacao ceremony will invite us to slow down, to sense, and to listen in the moment as we enjoy this precious heavenly drink made from pure cacao beans. This heart-opening elixir will deepen our presence, enhance our clarity, and connect us to our deepest heartfelt aliveness.  

And all of this is but a preparation for the real moment.

The moment when we sit together in a circle of listening. In silence we learn to listen into to our deeper knowing, our inner wisdom, our brilliant intuition. Without forcing it, some participants may wish to communicate in this space. Though this is not required, it is encouraged when it happens.  The words that come out of this type of silence often are profound, deeply clarifying and deeply gratifying for all who are there.

It will be a moving experience for all who are there.
