With an individual gong bath, the whole experience is carefully designed from beginning to end with you in mind. You just come as you are and let go of all need to perform in any way.
When you arrive, we take a moment to connect and say hello. If you have any special observations or requests, you share them. Then, when you are ready, you lay down, close your eyes and let the gongs take care of the rest.
