We begin with simple chanting and toning. No experience is needed. It helps us arrive and settle together.

Then comes one hour of focused gong playing: long, slow, meditative sound.
After the sound fades, we stay in silence to deepen the experience even further.

The session takes around two hours.
The result is a deeply quiet mind and a fully refreshed body.
