There are 3 types of sound meditations. There is the Sound Meditation that you get when you lie down and receive sounds and vibrations, like a gong bath.
Then there is the meditation you get when you make your own sound, and there is the meditation you get when you make sound in a group.
This special session will give you the opportunity to experience all 3 types of sound meditation. It will be a holistic experience that will put you in a deep sense of relaxation and awakening.
We will begin with Kundalini Yoga teacher Seema Akal, who will guide us through chanting simple and powerful mantras that everyone can chant and will benefit from.
We sing without notes from the heart, so that the body comes into a meditative vibration.
On the palate there are 84 meridian points that are tuned by the movement and touch of the tongue, influencing parts of the brain.
With the help of the mantras, energetic patterns can be created, which promotes relaxation and concentration.
This will prepare us for the deep musical-meditative journey of the Gongbath.
