The focus of this session is to see ourselves beyond the conceptual self, to release unconscious beliefs, to free stuck emotions and to end habitual reactions.
We begin by listening in to a talk or guided meditation by a spiritual/meditation teacher. Through this experience a new awareness and understanding arises for us. Then it get’s deepened and integrated in the ground of stillness as we journey through a gong bath. It happens effortlessly. By itself.
This gentle session is for anyone with a genuine interest in fundamental truth; Not as a belief, but as a lived and embodied reality.
