The idea is to create an association between the church bell sounds we hear everyday and the deep relaxation, clarity and self-inquiry of a gong bath. Gong baths are a means of physical regeneration, emotional balance and mental well-being. The participants do not need any skills or knowledge. Limited to 6 participants only.
