Gong Bath With Alan Steinborn – FILLED

Go on a meditative musical journey with a gong bath. Gong baths are a means of physical regeneration, emotional balance and mental well-being. The participants do not need any skills or knowledge – the presence is enough and the willingness to send the mind for an hour or more on a wonderful journey. With raw chocolate and tea afterwards.
