Midday Gong Bath

Take a moment just for you in the middle of the day.

This short session won’t take too much time out of your schedule, but will give you a quick reset to be clear, re-energized and motivated.

It is a one hour session, with the option of staying for 1/2 an hour of golden silence upon completion of the session.
